- Services Provided
IEML acts as a premier venue provider and event planner. The details regarding venue capacities, floor plans, event management services, and mart showrooms provided on this website are for general guidance. Specific terms regarding venue leasing, event execution, and financial obligations will be governed by a separate, legally binding Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Booking Contract executed between the parties.
- Bookings, RFPs, and Payments
Submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an event query through our website does not guarantee a booking. A booking is only confirmed upon the execution of a formal contract and receipt of the stipulated advance payment. Cancellation and refund policies will strictly adhere to the terms outlined in your specific Booking Contract.
- Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, virtual tours, and software, is the exclusive property of IEML or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, and New Delhi, India.
