Q.4 Exhibitor Badges, How many & from where?
Ans. It has been placed on your login on portal, and it can retrieve / fill likewise.
Q.5 What is difference in Bare or Shell scheme?
Ans. Bare Scheme means: Raw space and we shall only mark the location on ground & you will completely build it. And apply for Power/Electrical load in form attached if required in addition to the package provided.
Shell Scheme means: We shall provide prefitted booth with walls, 1 Counter, 2 Chairs (Folding/PVC), 4 Spotlights, 1 Wastebasket, 1 Electrical Socket (5/15 Amps), Synthetic needle-punched carpet, Daily booth cleaning, White laminated wooden partitions (2.5m high, max. 3 sides), Fascia board (300mm high) with company name and booth number (100mm high)
Q.6 How much electricity/power load is permissible?
Ans. Details are already given in Exhibitor manual. In case you wish to need more, please do apply on this form asap.
Q.7 When will Bare space/shell scheme exhibitor take possession or space?
Ans. Please see enclosed details of hall wise possession dates.
Q.8 When can we bring our construction material to fairground & how entry allowed?
Ans. Trucks Carryings Construction material for Booth and your cargo to assemble at parking of Bhairo Mandir Parking and obtain sticker for entry to exhibition centre (Mandapam) from specified gates close to halls.
Q.9 By when we have to complete our construction & display of Booth?
Ans. Link details given. Please download, it provide all important information.
Q.10 Where is our booth located?
Ans. Prefix on booth is Hall Number followed by booth Number.
For Example – 5G-A23 means Hall 5 Ground Floor and the booth is A-23.
5F-C18 is Hall 5 First Floor and the booth is C-18.
For Example – 5G-A23 means Hall 5 Ground Floor and the booth is A-23.
5F-C18 is Hall 5 First Floor and the booth is C-18.
Q.11 Any special Instruction for Booth construction?
Ans. Please ensure that material is Fire Retardant. Also, Fire Retardant chemical spray is a must. Your textile materials display close to lights not allowed. During construction, please keep your belongings safe and during fair time all belongings like laptops and purses should not be kept in open.
Q.12 Any Special Instructions for the Bare Space Stand construction?
Ans. Bare Space Stand need to instruct their contractor for the best quality wirings for the electricity/Fittings. It’s checked by authorities before power supply.
Q.13 Do I need to submit my drawings of Booth construction?
Ans. Yes, Its mandatory for approval.
Q.14 Who is your guide and will assist you?
Ans. Hall Manager of your Hall- Details attached & Nodal officer of your EPC.
Q.15 Do shell scheme booth are provided display aids?
Ans. No, shell scheme exhibitor will have to arrange display aids / hangers / mannequins / shelves / textiles / rails or any such material from vendors. We have provided one such official vendor details. The same are enclosed and also placed on your account in portal. Please pay and book in advance, if needed, stocks are limited.
Q.16 Do your contractor needs passes?
Ans Yes, service badges are required
Q.17 Once we reach at Bharat Mandapam, Where should we go?
Ans Reach your hall, meet exhibitors’ information desk located in halls obtain possession of space / booth if 100% payment made. If there are dues, please meet Accounts Deptt. of BTTF, pay and take “No dues”. Please note if bare space, the same will also be paid prior to taken such space. Also pay your preferential location charges (PLC)
18 Can we have our own contractor?
Ans. Yes, you can have your own contractor / supplier for display aids!
Q.19 I need hotel, how can you assist us?
Ans. Details are already available in your login over portal or you may contact directly.
Q.20 How we can go to other Venue of Bharat Tex?
Ans. Shuttle Services are available at respective locations
